With less than two months to go until E3 Expo hits Los Angeles, the calendar is starting to fill up. Today, Ubisoft became the latest publisher to share plans for its pre-show press conference, but it’s keeping quiet on what exactly it will be showing off.
Posting to Twitter, it’s a remarkably similar reveal to last year: Ubisoft’s #UbiE3 showcase will be at LA’s Orpheum Theater, at 1pm on June 11th (what’s that in my timezone?). To put it another way, same bat time, same bat channel.
Other than the big reveal of Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, there’s been no confirmation about what will be on show at this year’s shindig, but rumours are already buzzing around. Piratical adventure Skull and Bones is still set for release later this year (last we heard), so they’d better get a wriggle on. There are hints that there might be another Watch Dogs, potentially a follow-up to The Crew, and possibly even something featuring Sam Fisher doing something stealthy.
…and, of course, there’s Beyond Good & Evil 2, which was revealed last year and we’ve heard absolutely nothing about since. Maybe, just maybe, there will be more about that one in a few weeks.
