Come one, come all to Bethesdaland, the land where dreams are made. The land where it’s not a bug, it’s a feature!
Or, at least, that’s what’s being promoted by Bethesda’s marketing guru, Pete Hines. Reccently, he tweeted out the picture that appeared on the press invites. It features a very cute little illustration of a Bethesda themed themepark titled ‘Bethesdaland’, featuring all of your Bethesda favourites, like The Elder Scrolls, Doom, Fallout and Dishonored, as well as newcomers Quake and Prey.
Invites have gone out for the Bethesda E3 Showcase. Stay tuned for your chance to win tickets to join us at Bethesdaland on Sunday, June 11. pic.twitter.com/0Nu0qt1qJr

But that’s not the only thing interesting about this little invitation. You might just see those two little ‘under construction’ parts of the map. Now, we know that Bethesda already has two big things in the works form an interview with IGN. They revealed to us that what they’re working on is similar in size and scope to Skyrim or Fallout, which suggests it might be an RPG as opposed to a fast-paced FPS like Doom. But before you get excited for another Elder Scrolls title, they also made sure to add that The Elder Scrolls VI probably won’t be seeing the light of day for a few years yet.
So, where does that leave us for possible titles? The Evil Within 2 is a popular point of speculation considering a post over at NeoGAF reports the discovery of a job advertisement in Japan for a game called ‘Psycho Break 2‘, which is The Evil Within‘s Japanese title.
But what else could we see? Another Fallout side-title along the lines of New Vegas? Or maybe we can see some more ID titles coming along, like Hexen or, an item from my personal wishlist, Commander Keen? What about the mysterious Starship trademark that popped up nearly five years ago?
We won’t find out until E3 rolls around once more in June, with Bethesda confirming they’ll take their now-usual pre-show place on Sunday night.
So that leaves the question: What would you like to see from Bethesda?
