In case you missed it in 2016: Black Desert Online

Happy Holidays from Player Attack! While I think we can all agree 2016 had its fair share of low points, we’re taking a moment to look back at some of the good stuff that happened over the past 12 months. Specifically, the best bits of the Player Attack tv show, Season 4!

Today, Mel spends some time among the beautiful landscapes of Black Desert Online, a Korean MMO that was released in the West earlier in 2016. While we originally noticed the game due to its incredible character creator, it didn’t take long for fans to realise the sandbox action MMO was actually a pretty great little title.

Black Desert Online had been in development – and beta testing – since 2010, so Daum Games knew they had a polished product, but even the publisher was surprised when the game sold more than 400,000 copies in a little over a month, following a successful launch in Europe and North America.

Of course, Player Attack will be back online with all the big news, reviews and interviews from the world of video games in January (and back on TV in February!), but in the meantime, sit back, relax, and enjoy a few of our favourite things.
