Assassin’s Creed 3 was an interesting game. Was it good? Was it bad? It’s definitely debated. Well, in December, you’ll be able to decide for yourself, because it will be free to play the whole month.
All you have to do is have a Uplay account, and then log on and grab the title on December 7th. Then, you’ll be able to play as the protagonist, Connor Kenway (sort of), a Native American during the time of the American Revolution.
Personally, I liked Assassin’s Creed 3. By no means did I think that it was the best game in the series, but I definitely don’t think it deserves some of the hate it gets. Sure, Connor is whiny, and it can get annoying, but as a whole, the games itself was pretty fun. Plus, the ability to actually scale and parkour through trees was a great addition. Also, as an American myself with some Native American ancestry (my great-grandmother was a full-blooded Native American), it’s cool to, in a way, get to explore that area of my ancestry (not that much of it is actually historical.
Hey, it’s free, so why not at least give it a try, if you haven’t yet?
