Welcome to Player Attack’s TGIF, a weekly feature where we discuss what we’re doing over the weekend whether it’s games, movies, TV, books or anything else! We’d love to hear what you’re up to as well – heck, you might come across some like-minded people and become super friends!

At basically the last minute I decided I’d pick up Forza Horizon 3 for silly car shenanigans. I’ve not played Forza since 5 and never a Horizon version, other than demos. Other than driving very fast I’m not sure what you’re supposed to do. Blast loud music? See the sights of a rearranged Australia?
And I’m going to watch the new MacGyver TV show, even if it kills me. I was going to put a trailer for the show here, but I don’t want to kill you.

It’s my partner’s birthday this week, so we’re having a party this weekend! You know that people play games… outside? I know, it’s weird. I’ve been baking a cake this week for it and everything. It’s like a real-life Cooking Mama!
Next week is EB Expo, so I need to remake my Silent Hill Nurse mask so that it doesn’t fall apart. That would probably break the character a bit, right?

Bioshock 1 was last weekend, which was great. The game is still a belter and it was just long enough that a bunch of the story stuff had faded from my memory (not the main bit, but was still very enjoyable regardless).
This weekend will likely be Bioshock 2, might look for a palette cleanser so I don’t over-splice, but it’ll probably be Bioshock 2.
Also, I might have started a new game of Witcher 3, because I have a problem, the game is too good.
For every choice, there is an echo. With each act, we change the world. Which worlds will echo with the changes you have wrought this weekend?
