Here’s some Sony news, for any of you that were lucky enough to not suffer through the immensely boring event that took place today in New York. PlayStation VR will be arriving with an 8 game demo disc consisting of launch titles for the platform.

PlayStation VR is due for launch in October
The titles include:
- Driveclub VR (first-person racing)
- PlayStation VR Worlds (VR “experiences” compilation)
- RIGS Mechanized Combat League (mech-based sci-fi sports)
- Tumble VR (a block-based 3D puzzler)
- Battlezone (low-poly tank combat)
- EVE: Valkyrie (space combat in CCP’s MMO universe)
- Wayward Sky (cutesy 3D adventure)
- Headmaster (heading-only soccer challenges)
PlayStation VR is due for launch on October 13th, and we already know of quite a few titles that can be played on Sony’s most exciting thing coming, like Ark: Survival Evolved and Gran Turismo Sport. A full list of the games announced so far can be seen here.
