Welcome to Player Attack’s TGIF, a weekly feature where we discuss what we’re doing over the weekend whether it’s games, movies, TV, books or anything else! We’d love to hear what you’re up to as well – heck, you might come across some like-minded people and become super friends!

I’m going to the wrestling on Sydney on Saturday! WWE are in town for one night only and am pleased as punch to have got a couple of tickets!
Besides that it’s probably a bit of No Man’s Sky on Sunday for me but not much besides that…
Maybe I’ll sneak a bit of Overwatch in…

Totally getting my WWE on as well – the Superstars don’t often make it to Adelaide, so it’s only fair that I go support them when they do, right? (Now, to make sure I don’t melt into a puddle when I’m in the same room as Roman Reigns…)
Game-wise: I’ve actually just started playing Prison Architect, which is… strange. I like it, but can’t quite put my finger on why. There are certainly bits I don’t like, but overall it’s a pretty fun experience. Look out for my review in next week’s show, if I can stop building kitchens long enough to write some words! (Also, still: Fallout Shelter.)

Taking this weekend for relaxation! Not planning on doing much with screens, other than maybe recording some music. I’m planning on spending the day at the lake on Saturday, take in some fresh air, kayaking, writing, and overall just rejuvenating myself so I can come back to the 21st century with a reinspired “Huzzah!”

Remember how I was gonna do cosplay stuff? Thaaaaat didn’t happen. This weekend is actually a weekend off because we don’t have hectic amounts of people to see or things to do. I might do something crazy and play some video games!

No! Man’s! Sky! It’s finally here and it’s (almost) everything I wanted. Have already ploughed as much time as my thumbs will handle on PS4 and will be checking out the PC version over the weekend. Hopefully.
When not exploring strange new worlds (seeking out new life and new civilisations) I shall continue making progress in Season 7 of Diablo 3. The Witch Doctor set dungeon is stupidhard and it is making me stupidsad.
Wrestling, relaxation and… worrying about Bill Bailey. What are you up to this weekend?
