Want to know what’s on Player Attack this week? Well, here you go – a quick look at what you can expect from the next episode of Australia’s newest video games TV series!
This week’s episode sees us playing Tetris with a twist – Tricky Towers is an indie game out of the Netherlands, out now for PS4 and Windows PC. It’s a classic gaming stalwart with a brand new physics engine – equal parts cuddly cute and devilishly difficult.
Mike gets absolutely legless as he dives into his Videogame Shoebox… that’s right, it’s time for the original Rayman, which came out in 1995 and featured a character with no arms, no legs, no neck, and yet he has the ability to run, jump and even glide!
And from one retro platformer to another retro-inspired one: Angelo spends some time with Yooka-Laylee – the Toybox Mode has just been made available to Kickstarter backers, so let’s see if it’s any good!
…plus, of course, we have all the latest gaming news as well – this is Player Attack!
