With Microsoft‘s unveiling of the Xbox One S earlier this year at E3; bundle deals were always going to be the inevitable next announcement.
Officially there’s no bundles announced as of yet but rumors are circulating of two different options for those wanting to adopt Microsoft’s more powerful console.
The first is a standard white 1TB console bundled with Halo 5: Guardians, but the second is far more interesting: a limited edition Gears of War 4 Xbox One S.
The console is supposedly blood-red with Gears of War detailing and comes with a Play Anywhere download code for Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition. The limited edition is said to run $449 (USD) and come with a 2TB hard-drive – with price subject to change. It also apparently comes bundled with the Gears of War 4-themed Xbox Elite Wireless Controller which was announced at E3 2016.
The information on these bundles comes from NeoGaf member and Twitter user ekim_gaf. He, however, doesn’t cite sources or mention how he came across said information.
The Xbox One S will support 4K resolution, amongst other refinements, and is due to launch this August.
