So, today we went to Fowler’s Live to set up for the Heroes of the Storm Spring Championship Viewing Party we’re hosting tomorrow. Things look even better than we thought they would – when we said you’d be watching eSports live from Seoul on the big screen, we mean really big. This thing is 12 feet wide (as big as a 166 inch tv), and clear as crystal!
We then turned the lights on to get some more work done – including setting up the showcase for the local indie games that will be playable tomorrow, and we found a few other things that might interest you. Retro arcade cabinets – including Pac-Man, Galaga and Frogger!
The screen looks even bigger when the lights are on – there’s a projector lurking away behind there that will be showing off all the Heroes of the Storm action live as it happens, complete with commentary (in English!).
…and, of course, Fowler’s Live has all the essentials covered, as shown in this final handy photo.
The Player Attack Heroes of the Storm Spring Championship Viewing Party kicks off tomorrow morning (April 3) at 11:30am at Fowler’s Live, corner of Morphett Street and North Terrace in Adelaide. There’s a tram stop right outside, it’s just down the road from the train station, and there are buses zooming by all the time. We won’t know quite who will be joining Korea’s MVP Black in tomorrow’s finals, but we’ll be keeping a close eye on the Heroes of the Storm website for all the latest.
