Her Story, Mini Metro top nominations for 2016 Independent Game Awards

The finalists have been announced for the 2016 Independent Games Festival, with Her Story and Mini Metro topping the nominations. Both games are up for four awards, including the coveted Seumas McNally Grand Prize. Other titles with multiple mentions include Undertale, Panoramical, Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes, and Darkest Dungeon with three each, while Australian darling Armello has been nominated for Excellence in Visual Art.

And in case you thought that this was all just a case of bragging rights, IGF Award winners are granted US$50,000 worth of prizes, with the Seumas McNally Grand Prize bringing with it a US$30,000 cheque.
