Steam sale features stacks of Linux-friendly games

Valve has kicked off yet another massive Steam sale, celebrating the release of its Steam Hardware. Even though Steam Machines won’t make their way to Australia until next year, we can still take advantage of the discount prices.

All of these games are – of course – fully playable on Steam Machines in case you’re in the right part of the world (or sneaky enough) to have one. If you haven’t yet upgraded to the nifty new living-room PCs, don’t fret. You can still play ’em all on a standard PC, or a Linux box if that’s what tickles your fancy.

This is the full list of games that are available for up to 80% off – and yes, that includes The Witcher 2 for just US$3.99:

  • ARK: Survival Evolved
  • Alien: Isolation
  • Amnesia: The Dark Descent
