UKIE Game Charts, Week 41 2015

We love charts here at Player Attack, and one of the highlights of our week is receiving the latest details from UKIE, who send us the 10 best-selling titles in Britain, as announced by The Association for UK Interactive Entertainment.

Why yes, there is more football in the top spot (we got corrected for calling it “soccer” last week), making it three-for-three for FIFA 16. If it were cricket, it’d be a hat-trick, but as it’s not… we’re not sure what the football equivalent is, hm.

Anyway. Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is the 8th biggest PS4 launch of the year so far, but has been forced to settle for #2 on debut. This means that it’s also bucking the trend that’s seen rereleased / remastered titles rocketing to the top in Week 1, sorry Sony!

In the rest of the charts, Destiny: The Taken King has actually climbed up a spot, while LEGO Dimensions drops two. Forza Motorsport 6 has stalled at #5 for a second week, and GTA V has sped up the charts to its highest position in six weeks. There are two new entries – Transformers Devastation at #21, and a slightly surprising Rock Band 4 at #10 on debut. Well done!
