We love charts here at Player Attack, and one of the highlights of our week is receiving the latest details from UKIE, who send us the 10 best-selling titles in Britain, as announced by The Association for UK Interactive Entertainment.
No great shock here as FIFA 16 shoots straight for #1 like some sort of sporting analogy I’ve never quite grasped. One in five gamers are still getting their EA Sports fix on PS3 or Xbox 360, with the news that the game will be lacking certain features on older hardware seemingly making no difference.
Looking further down the charts, and Skylanders Superchargers has zoomed in at #4, three spots higher than last year’s Trap Team managed on debut. These two new entries have shuffled the top 10 around a bit, but a bigger change comes from Call of Duty: Ghosts climbing back up to #9 from #14.
There’s only one other game debut this week – Blood Bowl II, with its unique mix of American football and classic Warhammer, which rushed its way in at #15.
