Want to go to PAX AUS but not sure how to get there? Want to hang out with a bunch of fellow Star Wars Battlefront fans? Want to play video games while cruising through the countryside? Well, has EA got a plan for you!
The Star Wars Battlefront Bus is a completely customised, luxury bus that’ll take a bunch of fans on a return journey from Sydney to Melbourne to experience PAX Australia – and you’re invited to travel the Hume Highway in unique style, as long as you’re deemed worthy.
Ten lucky Australian gamers (plus guests – 20 people in total) will be given spots on the Star Wars Battlefront Bus and taken from Sydney to Melbourne where they can spend two days at PAX Australia (Friday + Saturday), staying close handy in Melbourne City. Then, after an exhausting couple of days at the show, the bus will turn around and head back to Sydney, completing the journey.
Craig Auld, head of Brand Marketing APAC for EA explains:
There is no better way to get to PAX Australia this year. This will be the ultimate road trip for fans with plenty of Star Wars entertainment onboard, including Star Wars Battlefront which will be on the PlayStation 4.
If you want to go, you’d better get your thinking cap on. Head to http://starwars.ea.com/en_AU/starwars/battlefront/news/swbf-bus-registration and, in 25 words or less, answer the question: “Why should you be on the #StarWarsBattlefrontBus to PAX Australia?”
The competition runs from September 10 until October 7 at 11:59pm Sydney time.
…if you miss out on the bus, you won’t miss out on the game: Star Wars Battlefront will be playable on the PAX Australia show floor, if you head to the PlayStation booth. You’ll be able to check out one of the game’s Survival Missions either solo or co-op, as you explore the Tatooine desert.
Star Wars Battlefront launches in Australia and New Zealand on November 19 for PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
