UKIE Game Charts, Week 26 2015

We love charts here at Player Attack, and one of the highlights of our week is receiving the latest details from UKIE, who send us the 10 best-selling titles in Britain, as announced by The Association for UK Interactive Entertainment.

Warner Bros is still sitting proudly at the top of the charts, even though it’s with a different game than the one we saw a week ago. Batman: Arkham Knight is officially the UK’s week 1 best-seller of 2015, knocking The Witcher 3 from its lofty perch. (It’s also the week 1 best-seller in the franchise, in case you were wondering.)

Bats’ success is the fourth #1 for WBIE in 2015, following Dying Light, Mortal Kombat X and LEGO Jurassic World – the last time any publisher did this well was back in the heady days of 2012, when EA took the honours.

In other news, there’s another couple of new releases peeking into the Top 10 – Yoshi’s Woolly World gets off to a great start at #4, while Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward sneaks in at #10.
