We love charts here at Player Attack, and one of the highlights of our week is receiving the latest details from UKIE, who send us the 10 best-selling titles in Britain, as announced by The Association for UK Interactive Entertainment.
Shaking things up a bit, we have not one, but three new releases in the Top 10 charts this week, two of them in the top spots. Evolve is, of course, leading the pack – and in case you were curious, it’s selling sliiightly better on Xbox One compared to PS4. Don’t gloat too hard though, there are fewer than 400 sales separating the two, while just 3% of boxed copies sold are on PC. (It’s also worth noting this is Take 2‘s first non-GTA #1 since BioShock Infinite in March 2013.)
Other new entries include – of course – the brand new handheld Majora’s Mask at #2 and Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate at #4, which both accompanied the brand new handheld Nintendo 3DS and 3DS XL into the UK market. Meanwhile, Ubisoft promotions have pushed sales of Far Cry 4 up by nearly 130% to gain it two places, but it’s the only climber in the Top 10 as everything else shifts downwards for the new arrivals.
