UKIE Game Charts, Week 2 2015

We love charts here at Player Attack, and one of the highlights of our week is receiving the latest details from UKIE, who send us the 10 best-selling titles in Britain, as announced by The Association for UK Interactive Entertainment.

Well, it might have taken us a week to get into the swing of things, but the new year has brought a new #1, as Grand Theft Auto V takes the top spot, squishing COD: Advanced Warfare into second position. Believe it or not, this is just the fifth week GTAV has sat at the top of the charts – and Advanced Warfare has managed just one more since launch.

There are no new releases in the charts this week, but Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag has climbed from #27 up to #11, thanks to a nifty Xbox One bundle that throws Black Flag and Assassin’s Creed Unity together with a console and a Kinect.

(Also, we are happy to report that the two Minecrafts have been reunited, as the PlayStation edition leapfrogs Xbox to take #7.)
