Don Bradman Cricket bowls onto PS4/XOne next year

Don Bradman Cricket has set its sights on PS4 and Xbox One, due to arrive on the new consoles from February 2015. Just like the real thing, you’ll play on a degradable pitch with dynamic weather and changing time of day, as you play through Career Mode or the Cricket Academy.

It’s a revamped version of Don Bradman Cricket 14 for the new platforms, set to land juuust around the same time as the 2015 Cricket World Cup, hosted in Australia and New Zealand.

Developed by Melbourne’s Big Ant Studios, the game’s been a highlight in an otherwise dismal period for cricket games.

Sebastian Giompaolo, MD at publisher HES explains:

Following on from the critically acclaimed Don Bradman Cricket 14, we are proud to now bring the greatest Cricket player of all time to the next generation of consoles.

I am excited by what Big Ant Studios have been able to produce, this is without doubt the best cricket video game to date.

If you need a fix right now and can’t wait for Don Bradman Cricket, don’t stress – you can always play Don Bradman Cricket 14 on PC, PS3 or Xbox 360!
