Finally, Ubisoft has set a date for the Wii U launch of Watch_Dogs, just a little while after the game landed on the other major platforms. You’ve still got a while to wait, but at least you’ll get it by Christmas!
Mark your calendars: November 18 in North America, November 20 in Australia/New Zealand, and November 21 in Europe. In case you missed it, that’s some six months after gamers were playing Watch_Dogs on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.
However, you will be able to do new things in the Wii U version – not only is there Off-TV Play functionality, so you can play the game 100% on the GamePad, but there’s also the ability to use your GamePad as an interactive map of Chicago.
The company’s keeping quiet on whether the new Bad Blood DLC will be included in the Wii U release, or if it will be released later for sale – but more worryingly, Ubisoft has not yet released any footage of Watch_Dogs on Wii U.
