We love charts here at Player Attack, and one of the highlights of our week is receiving the latest details from UKIE, who send us the 10 best-selling titles in Britain, as announced by The Association for UK Interactive Entertainment.
In terms of revenue, this was the slowest week for the UK games industry in 2014. Apparently, there’s no new fun releases, the kids are all on holiday, and it’s simply too hot for people to play games.
Despite all that? The LEGO Movie Videogame has climbed 7 places, thanks to the film’s release on DVD and Blu-ray this week. (The top of the charts is still pretty much the same, though: Watch_Dogs is still at #1 for the sixth non-consecutive week, there’s soccer at #2, and one of the Minecrafts at #3. Ho-hum.)
