UKIE Game Charts, Week 25 2014

We love charts here at Player Attack, and one of the highlights of our week is receiving the latest details from UKIE, who send us the 10 best-selling titles in Britain, as announced by The Association for UK Interactive Entertainment.

Whoops! Watch_Dogs‘ three-week reign at the top has come to a crushing end, as EA Sports UFC pins it to the mat and takes #1 on debut. My MMA metaphor skills are somewhat lacking, so we’ll just leave it at that – this is the third #1 for EA this year, alongside FIFA 14 (steady at #5) and Titanfall (back up to #3). That said, EA has taken out four of the top 10 titles this week, with 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil a somewhat inevitable inclusion.

Meanwhile, in case you were curious, if those two Minecraft entries there were combined into one, the lucky #10 game this week would be Grand Theft Auto V. Now you know.
