Sony has announced a unique way for gamers to get a taste of E3 – without having to go to California, and without having to rely on sometimes-patchy internet feeds. The company has booked out a bunch of movie theatres across North America, and will be playing the PlayStation press conference live to the assembled masses.
Wanna go? You need to be able to get to a theatre at 8:30pm ET / 5:30pm PT on June 9 – that is, half an hour before the press conference begins. That extra 30 minutes will be filled with extra game footage and bonus interviews, hosted by Geoff Keighley.
So: How much? Free. No, really. Space is limited by theatre capacity (obviously), so if you want to go, you’ll have to RSVP in advance (maybe do that today, hm?).
To find out if your city’s theatre is getting in on the action, here’s a handy list.

If you can’t make it to any of these locations, fret not! We’ll have all the news from the PlayStation Pre-E3 media briefing right here on Player Attack.
