UKIE Game Charts, Week 13 2014

inFamous: Second Son

We love charts here at Player Attack, and one of the highlights of our week is receiving the latest details from UKIE, who send us the 10 best-selling titles in Britain, as announced by the The Association for UK Interactive Entertainment.

No, you’re not seeing things. The top three games in this week’s charts are exactly the same as they were in last week’s, despite a significant drop in sales for all three titles. FIFA 14 and Call of Duty: Ghosts enjoy the rewards of retailer promotions, and it looks like everyone who wanted the new Final Fantasy snapped it up last week, as it plummets from #4 to #10 in just one week.

There is just one new entry in the top 10 – Diablo III: Reaper of Souls, hacking and slashing its way to #6, but further down the list, Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright makes its debut at #15, while MXGP: The Official Motocross Videogame roars into the charts at #19. It’s not the most exciting of charts, but maybe next week will be better.
