Ubisoft has taken home the top spot in the UK charts as well this week, with The Stick of Truth beating Thief down from its lofty peak. It’s the first All-Formats #1 for the publisher this year, and the first RPG to debut at #1 since Ni No Kuni back in Week 5 2013. 53% of sales were on Xbox 360, 41% on PS3 and just 6% of gamers picked this one up on PC. (On a related note, it’s interesting to note that eight of the top ten games are out on new-generation platforms (Xbox One and PS4), with the exceptions being South Park and Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition.)
Also interesting: Only one other new release in the charts this week – Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures has made its debut at #21 – seven points lower than Aliens: Colonial Marines, which has climbed again to #14.
