Believe it or not, the Far Cry franchise is 10 years old in 2014 – and to celebrate, Ubisoft is revisiting the classics. Far Cry: The Wild Expedition is a compilation of the four games we’ve seen so far, confirmed for release in Europe next month.

If you haven’t yet played the originals, or want an easy way to head back to the start, The Wild Expedition will include the very first Far Cry, as well as Far Cry 2 and Far Cry 3 – plus the 2013 arcade interpretation, Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon.
This is far from an exhaustive collection of games from the franchise, but if you were hoping for any of the Instincts titles, you’re outta luck – and Wii exclusive Far Cry Vengeance has also been left out of this batch. With a Metacritic score of 38% and dismal reviews, some might say that’s for the best.
Far Cry: The Wild Expedition hits European shelves on February 14th for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 – no word yet on the rest of the world.
