Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft was one of the absolute highlights of this year’s BlizzCon, but it seems the game isn’t quite finished yet. We don’t just mean “because it’s in beta”, either: Blizzard has sent out a survey to gamers asking what features they would most like to see in the game.
What new features would you be excited about Blizzard adding to Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft?
Optional answers include social media integration, more tutorials and paid tournaments, but the most interesting one is the potential inclusion of Raids – co-op boss battles similar to those we’ve seen in World of Warcraft.
Other questions touch on what sort of content gamers would be interested in paying for, as part of Hearthstone. Selections include new card backs, in-game emotes, new battle boards and, of course, new hero class art.
There’s no guarantee that any/all of these things will make it into the final game, but it’s an interesting (if brief) insight into the way the game’s development is evolving.
Hearthstone enters open beta testing next month, with a full release planned in the not-too-distant future. For more information on the game, why not take a look at our BlizzCon Special episode of Player Attack!
