Getting back to that Halloween thing, Dead Rising 3 won’t be out in time to take advantage of this year’s festivities, but that won’t stop it from having some seasonal fun in a shiny new video. Possibly less fun, but more useful, are the details on the game’s Season Pass. Happily, we’ve got both.
Now, the Season Pass: It’ll set you back US$29.99 or local equivalent. For that, you’ll get four add-on packs for the price of three – each one will cost US$10 at launch if you buy them separately.
We don’t know many details on each one yet, but we’re promised that Operation Broken Eagle, Fallen Angel, Chaos Rising and The Last Angel will each bring its own playable character, as well as new weapons, missions, and the like. The first one is expected to hit some time in late December.
Plus! If you get in on the Season Pass action, rather than relying on individual purchases, you’ll also get the “Nick Ramos Tribute Pack”, which comes with an alternate player character skin (battle-scarred, of course), as well as a tricked-out muscle car that you can use to cruise around Los Perdidos.
Dead Rising 3 is an Xbox One exclusive, hitting internationally on November 22nd alongside the new console. For more information, check out Player Attack SE1 EP26, for our interview with producer Mike Jones.
