Each week, gamers around the world log onto digital distribution platform Steam, to get their latest gaming fix, and every week, Player Attack lets you know which games were the most popular.
I’m not going to say that I’m happy at a game’s demise – I want all games to do well and succeed – but… let’s just say I am rather grateful that Total War: Rome II has strategically plotted its way to the top of the charts, knocking PayDay 2 (and its creepy masks) down to #2.
We’re also seeing old favourite Garry’s Mod popping up in the charts again, but I’m a little surprised that Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs is all the way down at #9. Terrified gamers make up the bulk of my Twitter feed these days, but it seems that doesn’t translate to best-seller status. Hm.
