As part of it’s Gamescom revelations, Sony has announced the list of launch titles the PlayStation 4 will include, with some exciting games to be released on November 15th or 29th (depending on your location) alongside the console itself.
According to Sony, over 180 games for the PS4 are in development, with 33 launch titles planned. The day one releases are:
- Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag (Ubisoft)
- Battlefield 4 (EA)
- Call of Duty: Ghosts (Activision)
- Driveclub (SCE)
- FIFA 14 (EA)
- Just Dance 2014 (Ubisoft)
- Killzone: Shadow Fall (SCE)
- Knack (SCE)
- LEGO Marvel Superheroes (Warner Bros.)
- Madden 25 (EA)
- NBA 2K14 (2K Games)
- NBA Live (EA)
- Need for Speed: Rivals (EA)
- Skylanders: Swap Force (Activision)
- Watch Dogs (Ubisoft)
In addition to the day one titles, a number of additional titles will become available through to the end of the year after the release of the PS4, including:

Sony also mentioned a tonne of indie titles without solid release dates, including Fez, Starbound, The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, Guns of Icarus Online, Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number, Rogue Legacy and Volume.
In other words — it sounds like we have a lot to look forward to!
