Steam Weekly Top Sellers: August 11th, 2013

Logo-Steam Each week, gamers around the world log onto digital distribution platform Steam, to get their latest gaming fix, and every week, Player Attack lets you know which games were the most popular.

Nobody’s outright suggesting that the original Civilization V was broken, as such – but if it were broken, then the Brave New World expansion pack would certainly fix it. Introducing the new Culture Victory, new policies and ideologies, international trade routes, world congress, new wonders and a bunch of new units, buildings and (wait for it) civilizations, the new expansion also introduces two new scenarios, one each for North America and Africa.

…so, uh, yeah. No wonder it’s selling like hotcakes. Meanwhile, congratulations again to Payday 2, which has done some amazing things, before officially being released.
