Killer is Dead to have both subs and dubs

…and as we were just discussing Grasshopper Manufacture, it seems an appropriate time to mention the shiny new voice cast for Killer is Dead, the upcoming title from the developer. The team has announced that the game will feature dual voice audio tracks – so if you want to have the original Japanese voiceovers (with subtitles), you can! Otherwise, flick a switch and you’ll get the official English-language dubbed version.

And no, there’s no Nolan North or Troy Baker in this lineup – instead, here’s the bunch of English-speaking talent you’ll be hearing when you check out Killer is Dead next month:

  • Mondo: Patrick Seitz
  • Vivienne: Tara Platt
  • Bryan: Alem Brhan Sapp
  • Mika: Jennifer Sekiguchi
  • David: Liam O’Brien
  • Tokio: Johnny Yong Bosch
  • Robert: Graydon Schlichter
  • Victor: John White
  • Sebastian: Bubba Chow
  • Hamada-Yama: Travis Willingham
  • Alice: Wendee Lee
  • Dolly: Jessica Straus
  • Moon River: Evelyn Lantto
  • Betty: Annie May

Killer is Dead is hitting shelves starting August 27th for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, published by Xseed in the U.S. and Deep Silver in Europe and Oceania.
