This is Player Attack: Australia’s newest weekly video game tv series, presented online for easy viewing.
This week, we take a deep breath and plunge into the history of E3. Nearly 20 years ago, the video games industry decided it needed its own space, and the world’s largest gaming event was born – an annual exhibition of all things video games, held in the LA Convention Centre.
While Jessica and Mel look back at some of the event’s many successes over the first decade, Jimmy brings his own special twist to proceedings, with the first half of his Top Ten E3 Fails.
All that, plus the week’s biggest gaming news, including snippets on the Xbox One, the Most Expensive Special Edition Video Game Commercially Available and the Assassin’s Creed movie – this is Player Attack!
Each week, we take the biggest and most interesting news to hit the pages of Player Attack and wrap it all up into a half-hour show. Player Attack is screened Friday nights on Australian subscription TV channel Aurora, and released online the following Monday, as a handy-dandy Player Attack vidcast.
Each episode is available via YouTube, Blip.tv and iTunes – and we hear rumours we may be dotted around the place in other online locations. Hit play, subscribe, and let Jessica and the team bring you up to date.
