Bethesda is getting ready: The next lot of DLC for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is set to arrive within 24 hours, and the developers describe Dragonborn as “one of [their] most ambitious add-ons ever”. They’re excited for everyone to play it – and while the new content is only headed to Xbox 360 gamers at this stage, PC and PS3 gamers don’t have long to wait.
A new blog post gushes:
The support from Skyrim fans over the last year has been amazing, and it’s driven us to support Skyrim more than any game we’ve ever released – including free content updates, modding tools like the Creation Kit and the Skyrim Workshop, and our add-ons, Dawnguard and Hearthfire.
And we’re still not done – we look forward to sharing more Skyrim news next year!
One of those things coming next year is, of course, the release date for Dragonborn on PS3 and PC: The official word is that the next lot of Skyrim content is due on those platforms in “early” 2013.
