Call of Duty: Black Ops II is the ninth CoD instalment, and the franchise shows no signs of slowing down. Love it or hate it, the Activision behemoth is here to stay – and this year it’s Treyarch‘s turn, taking the fighter into the future for the first time.
To find out just how the studio managed this, we spent a little time in the company of Treyarch‘s Director of Communications, John Rafacz. He explained a few key points: The things the developers have changed this time around, the things they’ve kept the same, and just what you should be looking forward to when Black Ops II launches next month.
Now – take note: Call of Duty: Black Ops II is a game which contains mature content, including violence and adult themes. It is not suitable for children, and – unfortunately – neither is this video.
With Call of Duty: Black Ops II just a few short weeks away, Activision and Treyarch aren’t skimping on the details they’re handing out to us eager fans. First, we heard about zombies, then the launch trailer with AC/DC, and – of course – the fact that Call of Duty Elite is being thrown in for free!
As John says, the game is headed to PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 very very soon, and is also arriving as a launch window title for the Wii U. Stay tuned, that one can’t be too far away, and we’re expecting plenty of news about how one of the biggest shooters of 2012 will translate to the brand new GamePad.
