Celebrate N7 Day with the Mass Effect Trilogy

If you’re yet to experience Commander Shepard’s epic journey to save the galaxy (or a friend or loved one hasn’t worked out what all the fuss is about), EA and BioWare have a little something for you. The Mass Effect Trilogy is a compilation of all three award-winning games in one handy box.

Look at how he changes…

Now, if you have experienced Shepard’s adventure, and you’re well familiar with the ins and outs of the Normandy and the Citadel, you shouldn’t feel left out. BioWare has scheduled the first annual N7 Day – November 7th, of course – a worldwide celebration of all things Mass Effect. The exact details are still kept under wraps, but expect a bunch of events – in-game, online and live – and plenty of opportunities for you to fly your N7 colours.

The Mass Effect trilogy follows the rise of Commander Shepard from Alliance Marine to becoming the galaxy’s most elite soldier – the only soldier who can lead an all-out galactic war against an ancient alien race known as the Reapers. Heart-pounding action meets gripping interactive storytelling as players decide how their unique story unfolds over all three games. With a team of loyal soldiers at their side, each player decides how they will save the galaxy, from the weapons and abilities they utilize to the relationships they forge or break.

The Mass Effect Trilogy will launch in Australia and New Zealand from November 8th, 2012, for PC and Xbox 360. A PS3 version is coming “at a later date”, we hear. Stay tuned.
