Steam Weekly Top Sellers: September 9th, 2012

Logo-Steam Each week, gamers around the world log onto digital distribution platform Steam, to get their latest gaming fix, and every week, Player Attack lets you know which games were the most popular.

This week, just like last week and the week before, the #1 game isn’t really that surprising. Gamers have been waiting for a new Counter-Strike for years, and Global Offensive is filling the gap quite nicely, thank you.

More interestingly is Borderlands 2 in second place – the game’s not even out yet, but fans are picking it up in droves. Randy Pitchford would be proud.
