Tim Schafer strolls down Sesame Street

Sesame Street is apparently the sort of place where the air is sweet, and you can bump into monsters (literally) while out for a simple stroll. Just ask Tim Schafer from Double Fine, who was innocently out one day taking his brand new Xbox 360 home for a bit of gaming with his kids.

This is, of course, the second live-action promotional video we’ve seen for Sesame Street: Once Upon a Monster, which is on the way from Double Fine and Warner Bros. Previously, we’ve had a little insight into just how Schafer pitches a video game, which makes a lot of sense when you think about it.

On Twitter earlier, Schafer seems quite pleased with his efforts:

The bad news is my acting has not improved. The good news is they let me keep the chewed-up xbox prop!

Sesame Street: Once Upon a Monster is due out in October, and we’re hoping to see at least one more of Schafer’s visits to the businesses of Sesame Street (who knew they had a publisher’s office up there?).
