The PlayStation Store has finally re-opened its virtual doors, just in time for E3 (surprise!). It took more than a month to get the service back online following a security breach around April 17th 2011, and now that it’s back, it’s still a little shaky.
The promised Welcome Back package is not yet live, as Sony continues to run some more tests and make sure everything’s suitable. That said, there’s still plenty of content out there – for the full list of what’s on the shelves today, head to the [surl=http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/06/01/playstation-store-is-available-and-updated-now/]PlayStation Blog[/surl]!
You’ll find new full games, a bunch of awesome demos (including Red Faction: Armageddon and MotorStorm: Apocalypse), as well as all manner of DLC packs. If you can’t find something you like, you won’t have to wait long – the next store update (for both PS Plus and standard users) is scheduled for tomorrow!
The Video Store is also back up, but struggling – if you need your fix of Tron: Legacy, now’s your chance!
