Steam Weekly Top Sellers: May 22nd, 2011

Logo-Steam Each week, gamers around the world log onto digital distribution platform Steam, to get their latest gaming fix, and every week, playerattack lets you know which games were the most popular.

Oh! What better way to start (or end) the week than to celebrate just how well this little indie game is doing for itself? Seriously, when I checked out this week’s list, I couldn’t stop grinning. Not only has Aperture Science’s last outing tumbled to #4, but this little $10 release has outsold Geralt’s Premium Edition – and forced the Duke to debut at #10. Not bad, little one!

#1 - Terraria

Dig, fight, explore, build! Nothing is impossible in this action-packed adventure game. The world is your canvas and the ground itself is your paint.
Grab your tools and go! Make weapons to fight off a variety of enemies in numerous biomes. Dig deep underground to find accessories, money, and other useful things. Gather resources to create everything you need to make the world your own. Build a house, a fort, or even a castle. People will move in to live there and perhaps even sell you different wares to assist you on your journey.
But beware, there are even more challenges awaiting you… Are you up to the task?
