In case it wasn’t already good enough, the PC version of Portal 2 has been patched twice since release, and Valve have already promised some shiny new DLC for the game, due to arrive within just a few months.
The [surl=http://store.steampowered.com/news/5389/]newest patch[/surl], launched over the weekend, fixes a whole bunch of occasional crashes, glitches, bugs and some localisation issues.
New DLC was hinted at last week, but has now also been confirmed, bringing with it new leaderboards, test chambers, and a challenge mode for both single- and multiplayer gamers.
…and the best bit? It’s free!
A hilariously mind-bending adventure that challenges you to use wits over weaponry in a funhouse of diabolical science, Portal 2 features expansive single and cooperative multiplayer game modes.
Portal 2 DLC #1 (there’s a promising title) will be available in the northern hemisphere’s summer for PC, Mac, Xbox 360 and PS3, so keep an eye out.
