…and while all eyes are on E3 and pondering what big reveals may come out of the event, Electronic Arts have slipped us a quiet note that Battlefield 3 will be unveiled a little earlier.
The long-awaited sequel from DICE will be the star of the show at this year’s GDC, held in San Francisco in March. And it won’t be alone! EA are also promising a whole bunch of other goodies at the convention – including hands-on time with Crysis 2, Alice: Madness Returns, Kingdom of Amalur: Reckoning and Shadows of the Damned.
Battlefield 3 is expected to ship sometime this year, but details are pretty sketchy. We also haven’t yet heard anything about when the beta is due to kick off – but gamers who purchased the Limited Edition of Medal of Honor should make sure they look after their invitation.
