Volume 61 installment in D3's budget series, Simple 2000. This violent action game bills itself as being sexy, stylish, and grotesque. Starring the title's skimpily dressed "onechan" (=older sister, girl), Onechanbara pits players against hordes of zombies, which have to be sliced and diced any which way. Set in the future, the game features buckets of blood, a level-up and combo system, items, and multiple costumes. The game's title is a pillow word pun: the words onechan and chanbara are combined into one, basically translating to "Girl Sword Fight." Developed by Tamsoft and published in Japan for 2,100 Yen in August 2004.
