Call of Duty: Ghosts might be about to get a whole lot more interesting for fans of old-school action games. Developer Infinity Ward has hinted that the one and only Predator might be popping up in the game as part of the upcoming Devastation DLC pack.
There's been no official statement beyond the above video, which features some all-too-familiar clicks and an invisible enemy set in an Amazonian jungle.
Not enough of a hint for you? Infinity Ward's caption for the video: "If it bleeds..."
If true, Predator won't be the first Hollywood star to make it into Call of Duty: Ghosts - the previous DLC pack, Onslaught, featured Halloween's bad guy Michael Myers. While gamers were excited by his inclusion, there was some confusion over Myers being inserted into a forest setting (the stalker is more commonly associated with a suburban environment), so the idea of Predator popping up in a jungle is even more exciting.
Call of Duty: Ghosts is due to receive the Devastation DLC on April 3, for both Xbox One and Xbox 360, with PC, PS3 and PS4 versions "to follow".
I like video games and music and cups of tea and noodles and beagles and colour-cycling LEDs.
