Lara Croft is headed to greener pastures. Well, more Apple-y pastures anyway, with this year's Tomb Raider making its way to Mac OSX "before the end of the year".
We don't yet have a more specific release date for this one, but as Mac gamers are among the most patient in the world, that's okay. The port is being handled by Feral Interactive, Mac publisher extraordinaire, who has previously dealt with Mac versions of an assortment of Lego games, the Batman Arkham series and Max Payne 3.
The 2013 Tomb Raider, lest we forget, is a reboot of the classic franchise, which catapulted its way onto Xbox 360, PS3 and Windows PC (and into our hearts) in March of this year, featuring a much younger Lara Croft than we've met previously. She finds herself - and the crew of her research ship - stranded on a remote island. And, of course, the island is full of tombs, bad guys, and deadly secrets.
I like video games and music and cups of tea and noodles and beagles and colour-cycling LEDs.
