Each week, gamers around the world log onto digital distribution platform Steam, to get their latest gaming fix, and every week, Player Attack lets you know which games were the most popular.
Last week, we told you that pre-purchasing BioShock Infinite would get you a bag of goodies, if you could get enough people into the deal. Looks like you did, because now every pre-purchase of the game (which launches in less than 24 hours - be quick!) will also net you a copy of the original BioShock, a bunch of Team Fortress 2 items, and a brand new copy of XCOM: Enemy Unknown.
If you've already got the games, don't fret - they're both completely giftable, so you can handball 'em over to someone else on your Steam friends list.
Meanwhile, the rest of the charts... there are nine other games there, hanging out. You should take a look at them, too.
#1 - BioShock Infinite
Indebted to the wrong people, with his life on the line, veteran of the U.S. Cavalry and now hired gun, Booker DeWitt has only one opportunity to wipe his slate clean. He must rescue Elizabeth, a mysterious girl imprisoned since childhood and locked up in the flying city of Columbia. Forced to trust one another, Booker and Elizabeth form a powerful bond during their daring escape. Together, they learn to harness an expanding arsenal of weapons and abilities, as they fight on zeppelins in the clouds, along high-speed Sky-Lines, and down in the streets of Columbia, all while surviving the threats of the air-city and uncovering its dark secret.
#2 - Arma 3 Alpha
#3 - Assassin's Creed III
#4 - Far Cry 3
#5 - Dark Souls: Prepare To Die? Edition
#6 - Saints Row: The Third - The Full Package
#7 - Tomb Raider
#8 - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
#9 - Kerbal Space Program
#10 - Age of Empires II HD
I like video games and music and cups of tea and noodles and beagles and colour-cycling LEDs.
