Following on from yesterday's tease, Bethesda and Arkane Studios are pleased to reveal the second batch of DLC for last year's stealthy action release, Dishonored. Titled The Knife of Dunwall, the next story-driven update is due to hit Xbox 360, PC and PS3 starting April 16th.
While we didn't quite get the name of the pack right, a bunch of the other details have now been confirmed. You take on the role of Daud, the legendary assassin who - basically - is responsible for the way the game's plot unfolds. Your storyline starts with Daud's assassination of the Empress, and follows the supernatural killer's quest for redemption.
You again have the mark of the Outsider, which reveals the key to your atonement (and grants you unique supernatural abilities), but who - or what - is Delilah?
Head to new and never-before-seen districts of Dunwall, and face off against new, terrible foes (it's okay though, you've got some amazing new weaponry, gadgets and powers). Again, the decisions you make will impact on Daud's redemption - or his turn towards darkness.
This standalone chapter will explain the mystery behind Delilah, but you won't know the conclusion until the third DLC is released for Dishonored - The Brigmore Witches is due later this year.
