Warframe free-for-all open beta this weekend

Tenno assemble! It's time for the Warframe Open Beta Weekend, the perfect opportunity to get your co-op third-person shooter fix on - for free! Developer Digital Extremes is throwing the gates open to the servers for all registered users, so ou don't even need a beta key! Just pop on over to the official website and sign up.

The Warframe action kicks off on Friday, February 15th at midday EST (what's that in my timezone?), and runs until Tuesday, February 19th at 9am EST (what's that?).

Even though there's no restrictions on entry, Digital Extremes is still being generous to new and would-be gamers: All beta testers have the chance to snag an exclusive Braton Vandal weapon, available this weekend only in the in-game Warframe market.

Spread the news! Sign up with your friends and form your dream squad. Worried you’ll be cut off once the gates go back up? Fear not, young Tenno -- all accounts will remain active after the weekend is over.

If you've been meaning to pop in for some of Warframe's sliding and slashing action, now's your chance - and if you've already signed up but haven't yet heard about your beta access, your account will automatically activate when the beta kicks off, so you're in, too!
