Ni No Kuni delayed in Europe, Australia

Sorry, JRPG fans - Namco Bandai has confirmed that it has pushed back the release of Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, meaning European and Australian gamers won't get their hands on Level 5's latest until February.

The news was announced via Twitter (1, 2):

Due to logistics delays Ni no Kuni will launch 1st February 2013 with a free gift to download.

Many of you are excited so we asked the wizards at LEVEL-5 to dig into their creature cage and they pulled out an adorable Draggle familiar.

Your free gift will be available to download on launch day to anyone who buys a copy of the game.

Now, technically the delay is only a week, but the gap between January and February feels like forever - particularly when you're talking about the collaboration between Level 5 and the brilliant animation of Studio Ghibli. Sit tight, Ni no Kuni will be here soon, we promise.
