Steam Weekly Top Sellers: December 30th, 2012

Logo-Steam Each week, gamers around the world log onto digital distribution platform Steam, to get their latest gaming fix, and every week, Player Attack lets you know which games were the most popular.

The last time that Chivalry: Medieval Warfare was in the headlines, gamers were more than a little bit disappointed in the developer's attitude towards women. However, it seems that the inability to play with, or against, ladies on the battlefield isn't enough to stop plenty of people from picking up the "first-person slasher", which we've seen described as a blend of Counter-Strike: Source and Knights of the Round Table.

Other than that, the last charts of the year actually sum up 2012 quite neatly, with a little RPG, a few zombies, a couple of major sequels, a collection or two and a big name FPS thrown in alongside a challenging cult classic. Nice work.
